Luxury Kennels, North Coast
Terms & Conditions
Opening Hours
Daily: 8am – 6pm
Please try to arrive at your stated time, as we would rather be spending our time playing with and exercising our guests than waiting on late arrivals! Should circumstances change, or you are running late, this is not a problem – please just let us know.
We can offer a late check out at bedtime (9-9.30pm) for an additional £6, but this must be arranged with staff in advance.
Viewings are welcome however we do ask that they are arranged in advance. This is because we are a small-scale business and have limited staff, and our guests’ needs take priority.
Please note we are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We reopen 27th December.
Bookings
Our overnight boarding rates are charged per night, up until 10am. Should you collect your dog between 10am and 2pm, a half day package will be charged at £14 for one dog and £18 for two. Collections between 2pm and 6pm will be charged a full day package at £20 for one dog and £26 for two. This is because your dog will have full use of the suite, TV and grass run, as well as having their walks that day.
You can pay for your dog’s stay at any time; however, any outstanding payment must be made in full on check out. We accept we accept all methods of payment.
There is a £5 supplement per guest for those staying on New Year’s Eve.
Health
Your dog’s Vaccination Certificate must be up-to-date and you MUST bring it when checking in. We will accept titre testing provided you bring written proof from your vet to say that your dog has sufficient antibodies.
All guests MUST have had the Kennel Cough Vaccine, given at least 10 days prior to boarding. This is because the Kennel Cough Vaccine is a live virus and will pose a risk to all other dogs for 10 days.
Please ensure all dogs are up-to-date with flea and worming treatments. If we notice fleas on your dog, treatment will be administered and this will be charged for.
Should it be necessary, at our discretion, for a vet to be called for any health condition/illness, all fees incurred are the responsibility of the owner. If your vet is local we will attempt to contact them first, otherwise we will use our own.
Pregnant bitches will not be accepted, and bitches in season are boarded at the owner’s risk.
We are happy to administer any medication free of charge.
Feeding
For overnight boarding, we ask everyone to provide their own food, as abrupt changes in diet can lead to guests having an upset stomach or feeling unwell during their stay! We are happy to supply treats and bedtime biscuits free of charge.
Please let us know if there is anything your dog is not allowed.
